We have put together an information page of everything we can think of to make your time at Tenerife Reina Sofia Airport as straight forward as possible. It includes the VIP lounge, left and lost luggage and information on the tourist offices, information points and chapel based at Tenerife Airport.

Tenerife Airport has a Lost Property Service on the ground floor.

For objects left on the aircraft please contact your airline's office.

Banking Services & currency Exchange

Caja Canarias on the ground floor. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 14:00. Thursdays (1st November to 30th April), from 17:00 to 19:30. Telephone: +34 922 759 264 / Fax: + 34922 392 050

ATMs are located in the arrivals and departures halls.

Lost & Left Luggage

There is no left luggage office at Tenerife Airport.

There are three lost luggage desks: Ground Force (+34 922 759 126) and Spanair (+34 922 759 063) are on the ground floor, and Ground Force (+34 922 759 126) and Iberia (+34 922 759 391) can be found on the flower and ground floors.

Pharmacy & Medical Services

There is a pharmacy on the ground floor at Tenerife Airport. it is open on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays, from 07:00 to 21:00: on Fridays from 07:00 to 23:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 21:00. Telephone: +34 922 759 277 / Fax: +34 922 759 277

Tourist Services

There are 11 travel agencies and 6 tour operators on the ground floor of the terminal building at Tenerife South Airport.

Aena has information desks on the lower, ground and first floors of the terminal building.

The Tourist information Office/ Inter-island Council of Tenerife is on the ground floor (+34 922 392 037).

Airport Chapel

There is a Catholic place of worship and multidenominational lounge located on the first floor.
