Direct flights to Reus are available through a number of airlines and from a number of different airports throughout Spain and Europe including Frankfurt Amsterdam, Belfast and Dublin and Birmingham, Cardiff, Doncaster, Durham Tees, Glasgow International , Liverpool John Lennon, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham East Midlands and the London Airports Gatwick, Luton and Stansted.
You can also get Spanish domestic flights from Palma in Majorca and Madrid Barajas.
The Airport is only 3km away from the city centre and is also used by passengers who want to get to Tarragona which is just 13km away or you can get a bus or train connection to Barcelona which is an 80km journey.
The main airline which flys in and out of Reus to the UK is the budget carrier Ryanair, with the charter airlines Thomas Cook and Thomson Airways operating there over the summer months.
With rising flight costs the airlines now often offer the best prices the earlier you book. Gone are the days when the last minute reservation secured the best deal. Also to cut costs the number of flights have been quite dramatically reduced so the availability can be limited, especially on Fridays and Mondays when peoplefly here for long weekends. So the more flexibility you can offer when making a booking the lower the cost, withTuesdays and Wednesdays tending to be the cheapest days to fly.
