When it is time for you to leave Pamplona you need to go to the departures area on the ground floors of the terminal building where there are 9 check in desks plus one for special baggage. As it is only a small airport the check in process should be fairly quick, even during the high season. But allow extra time if you are there for the San Fermin Festival.
You will see a ticket sales office for the Spanish national carrier Iberia/Air Nostrum
After you have checked in and gone through one of the two security checks you can enter the passenger only zone which has three boarding gates.
There are a couple of places to get something to eat and drink here while waiting for your flight to be called as well as a duty free shop which offers a limited range of goods.
If you do want to take some local goods back with you it is better that you shop at the local supermarket rather than leaving it until you get to the airport as you will get a much better choice there and often the prices are cheaper.
The Spanish Airport Aurhority (Aena) also has an information desk in this area.
