The post office, VAT Refund and the local police are all located on the second floor.

Cash dispensers are on the ground and fourth floors of the terminal.
There is no left luggage facility at Palma Airport. It is not something that Spanish Airports usually provide with the exception of Madrid and Barcelona.

There are 22 euro coin operated internet access points dotted all over the airport. Some of the points which are near to check in also have a printer attached to print off boarding passes.
You can find a pharmacy in the public zone on the upper level at the entrance to departures.
