The Airport-Mahon (Bus Station) Line 10 offers a direct link from the airport to the bus station on Placa des Pins in the island's capital. The smaller bus terminus is at the other end of the island at the Place de Menorca in Cuitadella.

The service stops outside arrivals and runs from the airport at approximately 30 minute intervals during the summer and hourly during the winter months (October 1st-30th May) starting at 05.45 until 22:35. A single ticket costs €2,50 for the 20 minute journey.

Mahon bus station is about 4.5km from the airport and is the main terminus for Menorca. The majority of the buses are orange and departures start from Calle Jose Anselmo Clave located in the centre of Mahon.

As you will discover when you arrive there, the Menorcan government is very keen to preserve the natural landscape of the island and there are very few coastal roads with most journeys involving travelling inland along the ME-1 which is main backbone road which goes from one end of the island to the other.

 

Menorca Buses

There are regular buses every day from the Mahon terminus to Ciutadella stopping off at other parts of the the island including Cala en Porter, Es Castell, Cala Blanes, Los Delfines, Cala en Forcat, Migjorn, Es Mercadal, Alaior and San Lluis.
