Madrid Airport Buses run from every terminal into the centre of Madrid. There are a number of buses operating from the airport, but the City Line Express bus is your best option as it will get you to the city centre in the fastest time (40 minutes depending on traffic) and runs about every 15 minutes.

Madrid Airport operates a free shuttle bus service between the terminals. It runs for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at regular 5 minute intervals. The journey time is between 5-7 minutes.
You can find the bus stops at: Terminal 1 first floor departures; Terminal 2 - second floor departures and Terminal 4 - ground floor arrivals.

Stops: Terminal 1 - ground floor, opposite baggage reclaim hall 2/Terminal 2 ground floor, opposite baggage reclaim hall 5/Terminal 4 ground floor arrivals.
It runs at approxmately 13 or 20 minute intervals during the day and 35 minutes at night from 06:00 to 23:30.
Journey time is about 40 minutes depending on traffic and the fare is €5,00 which you give to the driver when you board. Have some small change with you as he will not give change to notes of more than €20,00.
