You can find out full details of what the weather in Lanzarote (Arrecife) is like now and later on today by clicking on the image below as well as getting a forecast for the next 5 or 10 days
The Lanzarote Weather is basically ideal with its warm all year round climate. It has slightly warmer winters (from 16ºC or 61ºF) but marginally cooler summers (from 25ºC or 77ºF) than the Costa del Sol which can get very hot and stick in July and August.
The weather in Lanzarote is best in May, June and September with high temperatures and clear skies but not overly humid. If you are visiting here anytime from December to March bring a jacket and jumper for the nights as it can get a little chilly. Also make sure that you pack some slippers for the cold marble floors!
On average there is no more than 16 days of rainfall a year in Lanzarote. This is because the island really has no high mountains which are what form a natural barrier necessary for creating rainy conditions in semi-desert conditions such as Lanzarote.
This is why out of all the Canary Islands, Lanzarote has the most consistent weather, although there are slight variations between the more cloudy north and the sunnier south of the island.
