When you disembark from the plane you enter arrivals at ground floor level in the airport terminal. The baggage reclaim hall has eight carousels with monitors displaying which one your bags will be put on.
Once through customs and into the arrivals hall you will find a cafe which is open 24 hours a day in the summer, a bank, cash machines, a tourist information centre and desks for Aena and along the wall are the car hire desks for Avis, Enterprise Atesa, Europcar and Hertz.
The post office is open between 10.00 and 13.30 and there is also a lost luggage office. To call Ibiza Airport lost luggage ring +34 971 809 277.
For those with disabilities there are 12 disabled parking spaces in the car park opposite the terminal, specially fitted toilets and adapted lifts with digital numbering in braille and adapted telephone booths. There are also differentiated surfaces by pedestrian crossings.
Parking is free for the first 15 minutes ideal which is ideal for people picking up or dropping off passengers. The main access to the airport is via the PM-801 motorway, although it also possible to get to it from the PM-803.
