VIP Lounge

If you want to use a VIP loungewhile waiting for your flight the Sala Galdós VIP lounge can be used at Gran Canaria. It is managed by the Spanish Airport Aurhority (Aena) and situated in passenger Zone A on the second floor, above the EU boarding lounge and next to the main shopping area.

If for some reason you have to arrive at the airport much too early and wait around for your flight then think carefully about the benefits of booking the lounge as it offers you a cool (it is air conditioned - cool in summer and warm in winter) and quiet space to relax in or do some work with food and drink on tap or you can just watch television or read to make the time pass more quickly.

There are also monitors in the lounge so that you can keep an eye on your flight status and find out when it is boarding.

Sala Galdos

The lounge is offered free of charge to business class passengers or companies who have an agreement with the airport. So check with your airline whether they are registered with Aena so that you can use the facilities for free.

The charge for all other passengers is €25,00 (including tax) per person for a maximum three hour stay. Children under the age of one year are free.

The air conditioned lounge is open daily from 06:00-22:00 and offers refreshments (alcoholic and soft drinks), internet, WiFi, newspapers and magazines, flight information, telephone and television.
