There are children's play areas situated in Zones A, B and C on the first floor. They are unsupervised and are open 24 hours a day.

There is no left luggage facility at Gran Canaria Airport.
There are five lost luggage offices for the handling companies which are located within the EU baggage reclaim area. Iberia also offers this service in the regional arrivals area. There is a pharmacy on the fist floor, Zone A in the public space at Las Palmas Airport. Opening hours:Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 22:00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 08:00 to 22:00.
First Aid - the airport provides a 24 hour medical service which is situated on the ground floor of Zone A in the flight Arrivals hall (Telephone: +34 928 579 123
The travel agencies are situated in the international (Zone B) and EU (Zone A) Arrivals hall and in the EU check-in lobby. They act as receptionists for 100 tour operators.
Aena has 3 information desks on the first floor of Zones A, B & C.
