Live Flight Arrivals

Arrivals information

Gran Canaria airport has changed the flow of arrivals of passengers. From June 16th, passengers on domestic flights (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) should collect their luggage and leave via exit 1in the arrivals hall. . The arrivals hall 2 will be used exclusively for international flights.

The main arrivals areas are split into three different areas, so if you have organised a private transfer be sure to check where you are meeting your driver and that you have given the company the correct zone.

A Zone deals with all flights from within the EU and you collect your luggage from the belts marked 23, 24, 25 and 30 to 36.

B Zone deals with all non EU flights and you collect your bags from the belts numbered 20, 21 and 22.

C Zone handles all Inter Canary Island passengers and flights. You can collect your bags from belts 10, 11 and 12.

If you have luggage to collect you can find out find out which carousel it will be on by checking the monitors at the entrance to the baggage hall. Also each reclaim belt has the flight number and origin above it.

The entrance to Zones B and C are in the same place in the arrivals area. If you head straight for the main exit doors in front of you there is a rank for the airport taxis and various buses to take you into the town centre or most popular resorts.

Zone A passengers enter the wider part of the arrivals hall and again you will find the buses and taxis just across the road outside the main exit.

In the arrivals hall you will find a cafe selling snacks and drinks, a bank with a cash point machine and a small newsagents. So if you have someone picking you up the cafe is a good place for them to wait so that they can get some refreshments if you are delayed for any reason.

If you are connecting to another flights then the airport departures area is on the first floor of the terminal building.
