We have put together some information which we believe will make your visit to Girona Airport easier.
Lost property is in the airport security office in the technical block. Opening hours:Monday to Friday: 09:00-14:00 Telephone:+34 972 186 787.
The airport has its own National Police office on the ground floor. Telephone: +34 972 186 669.
There is no post office at the airport but there is a post box in the public area on the ground floor.
There is a first aid room on the ground floor. Telephone: +34 972 186 656
Girona Airport has ATMs where you can withdraw money with 4B (Banesto) on the ground floor check in hall and baggage reclaim area and on the first floor boarding area of the terminal building.
There are also Servired (Caixa Girona) ATMs in the baggage reclaim, arrivals and departures hall on the ground floor and boarding area on the first floor.
Like most Spanish Airports there is no left luggage store here, but they do offer a luggage protection service with a machine available in the check-in lobby to wrap your suitcases in plastic.
If you are unfortunate and your luggage does not arrive at Girona Airport then you should report this to the airline you are travelling with and inform the Lesma Ryanair handling group which has an information desk located in the departures hall by check in desk 33.
There are lost luggage desks in the arrivals area for : Iberia (tel: +34 972 474 192): Lesma Handling (for Ryanair) (tel: +34 972 186 735) and Servisair (tel: +34 972 186 697)
There are multimedia terminals / booths with internet service on the ground and first floor of the terminal building.
There are Aena & Iberia information desks in the arrivals area at Girona Airport.
