Live Flight Arrivals at Barcelona Airport

Arriving at Barcelona Airport

Barcelona Airport arrivals are spread across two terminal buildings (1 and 2) where Terminal 2 has three modules: A, B & C.

Depending on which terminal you are arriving at, following are the best places to meet in each terminal:

Terminal 1 - Caffe de Fiore

Terminal 2 - Caffe di Fiore bar / restaurant is located in modules A & B. Use Fresh & Ready for terminal C is in a separate building for easyJet passengers only.

Barcelona Airport Arrivals Telephone number is (+34) 932 983 838 or you can check the live status of your flight on the chart above.

Arrivals Terminal 1

Once you have landed and gone through passport control head for the arrivals area and look at the monitor to find out where to go to wait for your luggage to appear.

After collecting your luggage head for La Plaza meeting point in the public area offering access to the car park, taxi rank, bus stops, shuttle buses and car hire companies.

The Air Shuttle (also known as Barcelona-Madrid Air Corridor) can be found in the north area with its own luggage reclaim area, taxi rank and access to the car park.

If you are transferring between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 you will need to catch the free shuttle bus which runs from outside arrivals at regular 7 minute intervals with a journey time of around 7 minutes

Cruise Ship Passengers

There is a new check-in procedure for cruise ship passengers which will operate until 27th November.

Passengers who arrive in Barcelona by ship and then fly with Air France, British Airways, KLM and Lufthansa have their own check-in desk in the Intermodal lobby in T.

Delta Airlines passengers arriving on cruise ships check in their luggage at the port.

Arrivals Terminal 2

Depending upon the airline, passengers go to a different baggage reclaim lounge on the ground floor which is about a four or five minute walk. After you disembark from the plane and enter the terminal building simply look up your flight details on one of the many arrivals information screens which will tell you where to find your bags.

Terminal 2 has ground floor luggage halls in areas A and B which lead out into the public arrivals hall. Both have a lost property and baggage handling information desk.

Terminal C for easyJet passengers is in a separate building which is next to Terminal B.
