Below we have provided details on hopefully everything you need to know about the services offered to passengers arriving or departing from Alicante.
The airport has its own police station and a 24 hour first aid service (on the first floor).
Thre is a pharmacy in the public arrivals area which is open from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
Public pay phones are located throughout the airport terminal on both floors. You can contact the police on +34 966 919 223.
There are Global Exchange currency desks in the arrivals and departures areas. To save time currency can be ordered in advance. Telephone: +34 923 281 318.
There are also ATMs in the public arrivals hall.
The lost luggage office is in the arrival area on the ground floor of the terminal building just to the left of where incoming passengers arrive.You will be asked to fill in a form (which is also available in English) if your luggage goes missing. Make sure you let the airport staff know where you can be contacted so that a driver can deliver it to you.
If you arrive with nothing but the clothes you are wearing and everything is missing, ask for a survival package which is an emergency bag covering basic needs.

>Wireless Internet/Internet access points/machines with printers and mobile phone chargers can be found in all the public areas.
You can also rent tablets and routers for the duration of your stay from ConnectedtoGo who have desks in the arrivals and departures areas.
If you have mobility problems and need assistance, or your airline has arranged a wheelchair or buggy for you, then go to one of the help points where you can call for help.
Look for the “Sin Barreras” signs which mean “Without Bars/Obstacles” which are terminals/desks located in strategic places (outside terminal arrivals, departures, etc)
You can also complete an online form detailing the help you need.
The airport authority (Aena) has two information desks in departures and a mobile one in the arrivals area on the ground floor during peak travel times.

There is a chapel on the first floor at Alicante Airport which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no scheduled services and it is just used as a place for prayer.
